RECOMMENDED Pressing Instructions: 

Does LLS Creations  have pre designs readily available?

• We do! This is how you can see the amazing designs we have designed or purchased from other designers by following these steps. 
• Please click on www.llscreationsllc.com 
• Click on Open builder
• Click on Add Image
• Click on From Gallery
• A Pop up window will come up and let you choose the categories and browser our designs.  Once you found one you like, you can double click it to add it, size it and duplicate if need be! 
• If you run into a bad file or it prints lower quality due to a designer issue, we will evaluate the situation and credit back for designer fault. We never want to give you a bad design!

RECOMMENDED Pressing Instructions: 

Pre press fabric for 5 seconds to ensure any moisture is out.

Heavy pressure/Hot Peel

Poly 275 / 10 sec

Tri 275 / 10 sec

50/50 290 / 10 sec

Cotton 300 / 10 Sec

Hot peel the film* and repress with parchment paper (We send some in almost every order) for 5-10 seconds depending on material.

*If the transfer does not peel warm well, please allow transfer to cool and attempt a cold peel.  Otherwise please see other FAQs.

Recommended Leather Patch

We have upgraded our patches! Please enjoy the new premium leather and market leading adhesive! Heres how to press these!

Dual Platen Recommended Instructions:

• Pre heat your hat for 3-5 seconds ( First press ) 
  • For leatherette the setting will be 280 on top and 320 on bottom for 40 seconds.
• Pre warm patch by placing on heat press plate or using a heat gun for 5-10 seconds, place on hat and press the second time. 
• VOILA! 
  • This is the heat press we use in house.

Single Platen Recommended Instructions:

• Pre heat your hat for 3-5 seconds ( First press ) 
• We suggest starting @ 300 degrees and 40-50 seconds and leather 4oz or less of thickness.
• Pre warm patch by placing on heat press plate or using a heat gun for 5-10 seconds, place on hat and press the second time. 

*ALWAYS BE SURE TO TEST YOUR HEAT PRESS - THESE ARE RECOMMENDED SETTINGS BASED ON IN HOUSE TESTING*

MEDIUM TO LIGHT PRESSURE IS ALL YOU NEED

There are several factors that could be the culprit.  Here are some things we would recommend trying

• Have you checked your heat press with a heat gun thermometer to ensure that the heat press is running accurate?
• Are you using heavy pressure on your heat press?
• Are you pressing the recommended temp and time?
• Was your garments brand new and washed?

Gangsheet Video

Our price of gangsheet through the builder will be going up at a later date due to rise in cost. 

We have 1 of 2 ways you can submit your custom designs.  

If you are comfortable ganging:

Please create a Canvas that is 22 inches wide and not longer than 120 inches in one sheet.  Please import and size your images on your canvas.  Once finished, please export your file as a PNG.

Please go under "If your art work is ready" section and choose how long your gang sheets are, then please upload your gang sheet to the website.

Both of these options will allow you to add your custom gang sheets to your cart for accurate pricing. 

Personalized Items are not available for a refund unless the error was made on our end. We will gladly refund or remake your order. Please contact us and let us know!

All other orders, including transfer orders, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is an issue and we will be delighted to assist you in making it right.

Shipping

Please allow an average of 1 week for shipping, depending on the item. Some items may ship out asap, while some customized items may take up to 14 business days.

At this time we do not.

But when we do, send us an email at orders@llscreationsllc.com with the subject line "Dropship" we will be delighted to get you some information!

We are currently 24-48 hours on our turn around time on regular DTF, 2-3 days on UV DTF.  We do have a Rush Printing option if order is received by noon pm central and Rush printing option for $22 is chosen, we will move your order up the line.  This is chosen at the check out step.

You will need to send us your gang sheet ready to print! If you are unsure how, please do this on the main page at www.llscreationsllc.com and click on open builder. 

This means you send us a PNG with all your logos/artwork inside there sized to what you need.

Please ensure that your background is 100% transparent otherwise all artworks will be printed the way we receive them.
